Mrs. Niraimathi Johnson is a dynamic personality with an innate passion to teach and mould students to be future-ready. A law graduate to begin with, she has diversified her academic portfolio with multiple degrees, including Master's in English, Economics, and Business Administration, Bachelor's in Education, and a certificate course in Professional Development Programme for Elementary Teachers. Having studied in various schools across India, she has gained exposure to diverse educational systems and curricula, which has broadened her understanding of different learning approaches. Notably, she possesses a remarkable ability to master and teach various subjects, transcending her formal educational qualifications. Her wide-ranging interests and broad outlook enable her to bring innovative ideas and perspectives to her teaching and administrative roles.

She is an effective leader balanced within all the roles, and works hard to ensure that she is doing what she feels is the best for all constituents involved. Her technological mastery helps her to organise and conduct various projects for the institution, leveraging digital tools to enhance learning outcomes. Her versatile experience in teaching and administration enables her to steer the staff in a direction aimed at serving the student community.
